For beginner to intermediate gardeners, or anyone looking to add to their food-growing knowledge, this course is for you!

  • The food crops that work best in our climate
  • The most effective seed propagation and plant care strategies
  • Ways to grow food with minimal cost 
  • Ways to maximize yield in the shortest time
  • Healthy soil amendments and fertilization techniques using common household materials 
  • Container growing, vertical gardening and in-ground growing techniques
  • Harvesting, storing and more!
***Note: Please be prepared to get your hands dirty as part of the lesson will involve planting/transplanting! (there may even be some take home items ;-) )***
